I also carried out questionnaires and created a user profile for my final magazine. This helped me create a magazine tailored to my target audience which increased the likelihood of them buying it. I also created a flat plan to help keep me organised and a rationale to plan for any problems I may have faced.

My updated double page spread

This is my updated double page spread. I like it better than the original one I produced as it looks more professional however I am not fully satisfied with it. There is nothing in specific that I do not like about it, I just think that overall it could be improved. However, after feedback, it was suggested that I return to my original dps and make some tweaks to it.

This is my updated contents page. I  am very pleased with this compared to my original one and I prefer this version. My inspiration played a big part in the final design of and helped it look more professional than my previous attempt.

One contents page that I found useful was this one from Q.

I am going to use this to help me with my contents page as I like the layout and the way it is set out. Although this magazine is not specifically targeted to the same music genre as mine, I am hoping that by joining both genres together will expand my secondary audience and in turn may boost the magazine sales.
